Overview

“The Trouble began when Millicent Virginia Dunville failed to post for the 117th Annual Ladies’ Auxiliary Hunt Cup Tea.”

Two rival cultural organizations hear a rumor that one of the wealthiest women in town is on her deathbed. The hunt for her inheritance begins. My short story “The Last Bullet” is out now in the Summer/Fall 2016 issue of TriQuarterly Review. This story, under the title “The Hunt,” was also a finalist for the 2013 Raymond Carver Short Story Contest and a finalist for the 2014 Writers @Work Fellowship.
